Pre Sale Questions

Our orders are shipped from both our U.S. and China warehouses. If the U.S. warehouse is out of stock, the order will automatically be shipped from China to destinations worldwide. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard shipping costs $8.95. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Delivery within 10-15 business days. Expedited shipping is available for $20 with delivery in 5-8 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may experience delays, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We use multiple carriers to ship orders, please refer to your shipment confirmation email to see which carrier we used to ship your order.

Orders are shipped to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority. Due to military processing times, shipping to certain destinations may take up to 21 days or longer. Please note that all orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. This offer applies after discounts and does not include taxes. Custom orders require an additional seven business days for processing."
